Loving The Nightmare Before Christmas...

In 1993 Tim Burton created a great stop action film, The Nightmare Before Christmas. The whole story is based on Jack Skellington "The Pumpkin King" wanting something a little different than Halloween each year. He thinks he is doing Santa a favor by taking over Christmas but turns everything upside down until he has to rescue Santa from Oogie Boogie and have Santa save Christmas for all. I loved this film and watch it each year along with It's A Wonderful Life. It's become a tradition. I have purchased so many different items and made up their own little room so they can be displayed, (along with some other collectibles of course). Some items that I have found are a few snowglobes, plush items, figurines and even a large headstone that lights up with Jack's head on top. I watch for anything new that I can afford to purchase and from time to time find something unique of Jack Skellington or one of his cronies like Sally, Oogie Boogie or Lock Shock and Barrel.

I am looking forward to seeing what they will create for The Nightmare Before Christmas this year. The only thing that will keep me from buying more is running out of room to display them.

Some of The Nightmare Before Christmas Characters are:

Jack Skellington, Sally, Dr Finklestein the Evil Scientist, the Mayor, Lock, Shock & Barrel, Oogie Boogie, Santa, Big witch, Small Witch, Corpse Kids, Corpse Mom, Corpse Father, Harlequin Demon, Devil, Sax Player, Man Under the Stairs, the Vampire, Mr.Hyde, Behemoth, Mummy, Undersea Gal, Wolfman, Clown with the Tear-away Face, Here are a few of them.
